Nancy Anderson, EdD

Nancy is an experienced classroom teacher, curriculum specialist, author, and professional developer. She has taught mathematics to students from kindergarten through high school and also worked on research teams at MIT and Boston University.  Nancy is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences and a published author in the field of mathematics education. Her publications include Talk Moves: A Teacher's Guide for Using Classroom Discussions in Math Class, Good Questions for Math Teaching, Grades 5-8 (2nd ed.), Good Questions for Math Teaching, High School, and What’s Right About Wrong Answers: Learning from Math Mistakes, Grades 4-5. Nancy earned her undergraduate degree at Boston University where she graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
